A Passion that Became a Classic
Jonas's journey into the Asian kitchen began early, at the homes of childhood friends and his first job at their restaurant. There, the flavors and techniques ignited a passion that would later become part of his signature. Through travels and visits to international icons like Nobu and Hakkasan in London, his vision evolved.

Miss Voon is not limited to one country or tradition, we draw inspiration from all over Asia, with a special love for Japan and a Scandinavian foundation.
